2 large tortillas (burrito size)
8 ounce block of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
12 slices extra thin Colby jack cheese
12 slices deli ham

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is smooth and soft.
  • Add the pepper and oregano to the cream cheese and whip again until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Use a knife to spread the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla and layer the cheese and ham on top of the tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortilla and slice them into wheels about .5-1 inch thick.
  • Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!

3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 onion, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 (12 ounce) packages white party rolls
½ pound chopped cooked ham
5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and prepared Dijon-style mustard.

1 hard-cooked egg (peeled and chopped)
3 tablespoons finely minced celery

1 -2 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise (I start with 1/2 cup and add in more if needed)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges

1 cup chopped pecans
1 slice Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Place ham and onion in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add cheddar cheese; pulse until blended.
