*HOT GARLIC DILL PICKLES image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 or less cucumbers
1/2 c. vinegar
1,5 c. water
1 T. + 2 t. pickling salt
2-3 garlic cloves
dill weed
sliced hot peppers

Steps:

  • Put cukes in ice water for 1 hr. Sterilize jars and lids. Boil together water, vinegar and salt. Place cukes, dill and garlic in jars. Pour boiling mixture into jars. Seal. If lids don't seal, store in fridge. Let stand for 7 weeks.
