2 frozen bananas, cut into small chunks
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
ice cubes as desired

Steps:

  • Blend bananas, pineapple, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, and ice cubes together in a blender until smooth.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 1/4 cups orange juice
2 medium bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons grated orange zest (from 1 large orange)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium-high heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
  • Pour the cooled syrup into a blender. Add the yogurt, orange juice, bananas, orange zest, vanilla extract, and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 orange, peeled and quartered
¼ lemon, peeled, quartered, seeded
½ cup (75 g) fresh pineapple chunks
¼ cup (60 g) frozen mango chunks
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  • 2.Select Variable 1.
  • 3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  • 4.Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
