  • Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Arrange potatoes around chicken. 4 chicken leg quarters
1 (24 ounce) bag small potatoes
½ cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced, divided
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 tablespoons lemon and herb seasoning
1 (12 ounce) package fresh green beans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet with sides.
  • Place chicken quarters on prepared baking sheet. Stir potatoes, olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon herb seasoning together in a large bowl to coat potatoes. Arrange potatoes around chicken on baking sheet. Pour about 3/4 of oil mixture over chicken, reserving remaining oil; drizzle remaining lemon juice over chicken and potatoes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes; shake baking sheet to loosen potatoes, then continue baking for 15 minutes. Place green beans in reserved oil mixture; toss to coat. Remove chicken mixture from oven; pour green bean mixture over chicken and potatoes.
  • Return pan to the oven; bake until green beans are tender with a bite, chicken is no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

440 g pineapple chunks in juice
2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
400 g chicken fillets or 400 g chicken tenderloins, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
2 cups sweet potatoes (kumara, diced or sliced)
1 tablespoon mixed spice (ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric)
1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup white wine
4 spring onions, chopped (green onions, shallots)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Drain pineapple and reserve the liquid.
  • Combine the oil garlic, honey, soy sauce and the reserved pineapple juice - mix well to make a marinade.
  • Use 1/2 of the marinade mix to marinate the chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Toss the pineapple pieces, onion and the sweet potato with the remaining marinade and place it into a casserole dish. Bake 10 minutes until the potato begins to soften. Bake uncovered.

1 pkg cheddar cheese, 8 ounces, shredded
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream

1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c chicken, cooked and cubed
1 c mixed vegetables, frozen
2 c corn flakes, crushed

This is so simple to make. Just put together and bake in the oven for 1 hour. I made this Kraft recipe for my husband last night. It was so delicious. The potatoes and chicken had such a great taste. I will make this again....real soon. You can double the recipe if you have more guest for dinner.

4 boneless chicken breast or legs
4 potatoes
1/4 c kraft zesty italian dressing
1/4 c kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken and potatoes in 13x9 inch baking pan. If using more chicken enlarge bowl to accompany chicken.
  • 2. Pour dressing (I Use Italian roasted red peppers and Italian), (which ever you like the most) over chicken and potatoes; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 3. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Honey-mustard chicken thighs are easy to prepare and delicious, with hints of sweet honey and savory mustard. Combined with potatoes you have a complete meal.

1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon rosemary flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 chicken thighs
3 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and diced into 3/4-inch cubes
1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Whisk broth, honey, yellow mustard, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and black pepper together in a large mixing bowl until well blended. Add chicken, potatoes, and onion and stir until well coated. Let mixture marinate for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking dish. Cover chicken with potatoes and pour remaining liquid on top. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown and chicken is no longer pink at the bone and juices run clear, about 50 minutes.
