Steps:
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, add hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in milk, uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper™ box) and pepper flakes. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey and spinach; cover and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream; top with cheese. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

CHEESY TURKEY BURGER PASTA SKILLET
Steps:
- in a cast iron skilletcoat bottol of pan with thin layer of olive oil then brown the meat in the skillet boil pasta in separate pot according to instructions on package, cook al dente. when meat is brown add sauce and water to skillet, let simmer on low heat covered until pasta is ready to add add pasta to skillet stir add cheese stir cover and simmer on low until cheese is melted. When dish has consistency of mac and cheese its ready to enjoy.

- Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add turkey; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Add salsa, water and pasta; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 14 to 16 min. or until pasta is tender. Stir in corn and cilantro; simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until reduced to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
