RED LOBSTER® CHEDDAR BISCUITS

Red Lobster® Cheddar Biscuits image

I made these with baked potato soup and loved it. Great addition! I gave them to a friend and he said they tasted just like the ones at Red Lobster®. The recipe will yield more if made into smaller biscuits. They are best served fresh out of the oven.

RED LOBSTER GARLIC CHEESE BISCUITS

Red Lobster Garlic Cheese Biscuits image

This is my version of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I think they have more flavor than the restaurant's. I won a recipe contest in our local newspaper with these biscuits. Everyone who tries them ALWAYS ask for the recipe.

2 cups self-rising flour
8 tablespoons Butter Flavor Crisco or 1/2 cup frozen butter, grated into flour mixture
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
melted butter

  • Add milk and mix gently.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet. (I like to use a mini ice cream scoop).
