CHEESY PIEROGI CASSEROLE
This family friendly Cheesy Pierogi Casserole is layered with cheddar pierogies, creamy sauce, crisp bacon, scallions, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. This hearty casserole feeds six and takes less than fifteen minutes to get in the oven.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9×13 inch casserole dish (or equivalent sized dish)
- Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the casserole. Spoon half of the alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with half of the crispy chopped bacon, half of the chopped green onions, and half of the cheese. Layer the rest of the pierogies on top and spoon the rest of the alfredo sauce on top. Sprinkle with the rest of the chopped bacon, green onions and remaining cheese. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly and cooked through. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

BAKED PIEROGI CASSEROLE
This awesome pierogi casserole is a great side dish and perfect for potlucks. You can also add sliced, smoked sausage or kielbasa for a hearty main dish meal.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, chicken broth and black pepper.
- Spread out pierogies in casserole dish and top with onions. Toss lightly to combine. Spread cheese mixture over top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly crispy, about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook kluski at a boil until nearly tender, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Add onion to the bacon drippings in the skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes. Add cabbage; reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir cottage cheese, Muenster cheese, dill, and salt into noodles. Add bacon, onion, and cabbage and mix well. Turn all ingredients out into a 3-quart baking dish.
- Melt butter in the empty skillet and mix in bread crumbs to coat. Top noodle mixture with bread crumb mixture; sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top and heated through, 25 to 35 minutes.

- 1. Prepare a 9X13 baking dish. Pour frozen pierogi in pan and spread out evenly. If using canned chicken spread evenly over pierogi
- 2. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, soup and cheddar cheese. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat and add smoked paprika if using it. Stir well.
- 3. Pour sauce evenly over pierogi. Top with bacon if using and green onions.
- 4. Cover pan with foil and bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.

- In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender; set aside. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and onion salt. In another bowl, combine potatoes, 2/3 cup cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Place 3 noodles in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with cottage cheese mixture and 3 more noodles. Top with potato mixture, remaining noodles and sauteed onion. Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese.
