9 oz bag premade ravioli
1 c mini pepperoni
1 c shredded mozarella cheese
1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
1 medium onion chopped
3 clove garlic minced
1 c fresh mushrooms chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c zesty italian dressing
1 c parmesan cheese divided

Steps:

  • 1. Place oil in sauce pan and saute the onions, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Mix in pepperoni and stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian dressing.
  • 2. Add the ravioli, swiss cheese, and half the parmesan cheese.
  • 3. Place the mixture into greased pan. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with remaining parmesan cheese.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian dressing in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Add ravioli and toss to coat.
  • Bake 50 minutes or until ravioli is tender.
  • Top with cheese and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for pan
1 package (8 to 9 ounces) fresh spinach-and-cheese ravioli
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
7 large eggs
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup panko or other dried breadcrumbs
Jarred red-pepper relish, for serving
Sliced vegetables, such as celery and bell peppers, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of a nonstick 5-by-9-inch loaf pan with oil. Scatter pasta and tomatoes evenly in bottom of pan. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, and 1/4 cup cheese; season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together panko, oil, and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle panko mixture over egg mixture. Continue baking until puffed and golden brown on top and set in center, about 30 minutes more (if top is browning too quickly, tent with foil).
