1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
  • Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add soup and water to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Add rice, peas and cheese to skillet; mix well. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through.
