- Vinaigrette: Whisk first 4 ing together. Gradually add oil and season w/salt and pepper. Salad: Place lettuce in bowl. Add vinaigrette, walnuts, and apple:toss to coat. Season w/ salt and pepper. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, tarragon and cheese
