BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS
This recipe makes the most tender pork chops! You will not need a knife to cut the pork chops..fork tender. My husband LOVES this recipe. When I ask, "Honey, what do you want me to cook" he always says that pork chop recipe you make. I can not remember where I got this recipe from...but it is a winner in my house~

Steps:
- 1. Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
- 2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops; Brown on both sides. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add onion to skillet,; saute until tender.
- 3. Stir in the 1/2 cup flour. Blend in milk with a whisk. Whisk until sauce is thickened up a little bit.(about 2-3 minutes) Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- 4. Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350' preheated oven for 1 hour.

- 1.Preheat oven to 350. 2.In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce,extra virgin olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup. 3.Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with 1/2 the sauce. 4.Bake pork chops 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 145 degrees F.
