i create this new pizza casserole,it based on subway's chicken bacon ranch sandwich,contain no pizza sauce in this recipe,combine with leftover roasted chicken,crumbled bacon,angel hair pasta and alfredo sauce,with extra cheese.

1 c crumbled processed american cheese
1 (8 ounces) angel hair pasta
4 c sliced leftover roasted chicken (any kind)
1/2 c chopped red onion
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 pkg cream cheese,softened
1 jar(s) three cheese alfredo sauce
3/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 c crumbled cooked bacon,divided
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c shredded monterey jack cheese
1 c shredded colby jack chesse
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Sprinkle some crumbled american cheese on a greased 9x13-inch baking pan
  • 2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 3. Heat canola oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat.Add sliced roasted chicken and chopped red onion;saute 7 minutes or unitl tender.
  • 4. In a large bowl,combine cream cheese,alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese,whisk together until smooth.Add chicken-onion mixture,cooked angel hair pasta,1 cup crumbled bacon and sliced mushrooms;mix well.
  • 5. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan,sprinkle with cheeses and top with remaining crumbled bacon.Cover with aluminum foil.Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling,30 to 40 minutes.

1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1 t. salt
1/3 c. flour
1/2 t. pepper
1 qt. half-and-half
8-12 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1 bag (12oz) frozen peas, thawed
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1-1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350F. Spray 9x13 pan. Cook & drain spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter over medium heat, Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat until smooth & bubbly. Gradually stir in half-and-half. Boil one minute. Add spaghetti, bacon, peas, chicken & 1 c. cheese. Toss. Stir in egg. Spoon into pan & sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut into squares.
