BLONDIES FROM AMERICAS TEST KITCHEN
Adding white chocolate chips plus semisweet chocolate chips gives ATK's blondies a rich, full flavor.

Steps:
- Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Make foil sling for 13x9 inch baking pan (or simply use parchment paper). Spray with non-stick baking spray or grease with butter.
- Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. In medium bowl, whisk sugar and melted butter together until combined. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Using rubber spatula, fold in flour mixture until just combined. Fold in pecans and semisweet and white chocolate chips.
- Scrape batter into prepared pan and smooth top. Bake until top is shiny and cracked and feels firm to touch, for about 25 to 30 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through baking.
- Let blondies cool completely, for about 2 hours. Using foil overhang or parchment overhang, lift blondies from pan. Cut into bars and serve.

- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Combine the butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, to the sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each addition.
- Add the vanilla and mix.
- Add the flour and mix until combined.
- Stir in the chips.
- Coat a 9-inch x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and spread the batter evenly into the dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then cover the top with foil to avoid over-browning.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. You will think they are under-done, but they aren't. Make sure you don't overbake!

- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well each time.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the nuts and chocolate bits.
- Put in a greased 9x13 pan and bake 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
