ABC MUFFINS

- In a bowl, beat eggs, oil, applesauce and honey. Combine the dry cake mix, bran and cinnamon; add to egg mixture. Mix just until blended., Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.

Preparation
To make ABC muffins, follow these simple steps:- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin or line with paper muffin cups.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
- Add the mashed banana, shredded apple, and shredded carrots to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mixing until just combined.
