- Heat oven to 350°F Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in large bowl. Mix until blended. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
- BAKE 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Mix in the flour, salt and cocoa powder just until moistened. Stir in the walnuts, if using. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 13x9-inch pan.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl at HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Alternately, melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water.
- Remove bowl from microwave and stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix brownie mix, cocoa powder, brown sugar, confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger together in a bowl.
- Stir butter and coffee together in a bowl; allow to cool for 5 minutes. Stir sour cream and vanilla extract into butter mixture; stir into brownie mix mixture and add egg.
