Mini Skillet Quiche image

½ teaspoon vegetable oil
3 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese, or as desired

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour oil into a 6-inch cast iron skillet.
  • Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Stir in heavy cream, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour into the oiled skillet. Stir in Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove quiche from oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
