Ingredients

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, at room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3 -4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chunky salsa

Steps:

In medium size mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Gradually stir in salsa, blending thoroughly.
Chill several hours before serving.

2 c shredded fontina cheese
2 c shredded processed cheese spread
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 c chopped pimento-stuffed olives
2 Tbsp chopped onions
2-3 tsp tabasco sauce

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers. Males about 3 1/2 cups.
