BUFFALO PRETZELS
Buffalo Pretzels, a fun twist on Buffalo Chicken Wings!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Place pretzel rods in resealable bag, and lightly tap with meat mallet to break into large pieces. Do in batches if necessary. Pour pretzels onto a large rimmed cookie sheet or in large baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together hot sauce, butter, oil, Worcestershire sauce, Ranch, garlic, and onion until well combined. Drizzle over pretzels and gently toss pretzels to combine.
- Bake pretzels at 250 degrees F for 90 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely.

ZESTY RANCH PRETZELS
A co-workers wife made these every Christmas and everyone loved them.

- 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix the seasonings with the oil. Pour the oil mixture over the pretzels that have been placed in a large bowl and mix well.
- 2. Let sit in bowl for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
- 3. Spread pretzels on a large cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
- 4. Take out of oven and let cool. Serve immediatley or put in individual bags or bowl to give away as gifts. Enjoy!
SPICY PRETZELS
Pretzels with a bite! This snack is shaken, not baked. Lemon pepper is the secret ingredient, and gives the spice marinade mixture a wonderful zest.

- In a small bowl, mix together cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, ranch-style dressing mix and vegetable oil.
- Place pretzels in a large, sealable plastic bag. Pour in mixture from bowl. Shake well. Allow pretzels to marinate in the mixture approximately 2 hours before serving. Shake occasionally to maintain coating.

- In a small saucepan, heat beer to 110°-115°; remove from heat. Stir in yeast until dissolved. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt, yeast mixture and 3 cups flour; beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Preheat oven to 425°. Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; divide and shape into 8 balls. Roll each into a 12-in. rope. Cut each rope into 1-in. pieces., In a Dutch oven, bring 10 cups water and baking soda to a boil. Drop nuggets, 12 at a time, into boiling water. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain well on paper towels., Place on greased baking sheets. In a small bowl, whisk egg yolk and 1 tablespoon water; brush over pretzels. Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to a wire rack to cool. Freeze option: Freeze cooled pretzel nuggets in airtight containers. To use, thaw at room temperature or, if desired, microwave on high 20-30 seconds or until heated through.

- Mix pretzels and cheese in food processor.
