Easy Hamburger Quiche image

Here's a quick and easy hamburger quiche filled with all the fun flavors of a cheeseburger baked in a delicious, buttery pie crust.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 regular 9″ pie crusts, frozen/ refrigerated/ homemade
1 lb. ground beef
1 small yellow onion, minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
4 large eggs, beaten
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided

Steps:

  • Over medium-high heat, brown the beef in a skillet. Drain any fat, remove beef and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté onions in some oil until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Add beef back to the pan and stir to mix.
  • Combine beef, onions, mayonnaise, milk, eggs and 2 cups of cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into both pie crusts, dividing them equally.
  • Sprinkle the tops with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  • Bake the pies at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Dish and serve hot.

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in the salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
3/4 pound ground beef
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
5 large eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Optional: Mayonnaise, additional pickle relish, crumbled cooked bacon, chopped onion and chopped tomato

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate; flute edges and set aside. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the tomatoes, onion, relish and bacon. 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
