YUMMY FRUIT SALAD
Looking for a refreshing fruit salad? My mom had this at a party - she described what she thought was in it and we both have tried our own. This is my version. My mom used -Instant Vanilla Pudding - mine had a different taste using the French Vanilla (maybe sweeter) - but they were both very good! My serving size may be off - it's hard to calculate. It makes a nice bowl of fruit salad. I made this for 8 of us and I had some leftover. It was very good tho - it kept for several days and the fruit never changed colors.

Steps:
- This is the EASY part In a large bowl; mix peaches with syrup, fruit cocktail with syrup, mandarin oranges-drained, pineapple w/syrup, cherries-drained, bananas, apples and pudding mixes (do not make the pudding just use the powder).
- Mix well chill then serve.
- Please note chill time is cook time.
YUMMY FRUIT 'N' PASTA SALAD
This is my take on the recipe that is usually printed on the box of Acini de Pepi. It has become one of our favorites. I even will eat the left-overs for breakfast. You can substitute the mandarin orange juice instead of the pineapple juice. Prep time includes letting it set overnight in the fridge.

- Cook sugar, salt, eggs, flour and pineapple juice until thick and bubbly, cool.
- When cooked mixture is fully cooled, pour over pasta.
- Mix well, cover and store in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add fruit, Cool Whip and marshmallows.
- Mix well.

YUMMY LAVENDER FRUIT SALAD
Yummy fresh fruit, warm lavender flavors and sweet agave nectar sauce with crisp mint leaves to put that edge on the whole salad really come together to make a really wonderful salad! And although I made the salad with agave necter, you can actually use honey if you would like and if you can not find lavender - no worries! Just substitute 1/4 cup coarsley shopped fresh mint.

- 1. Make sauce: Combine agave nectar or honey, 1/3 cup water, lavender, pepper & a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until agave/honey has dissolved. Remove from heat and cover. Let steep for about 15-20 minutes. Strain into a bowl and discard lavender and stir in lime juice.
- 2. Add peach, nectarine, and plum to sauce and toss well. Add berries and mint and toss gently to combine. Refridgerate 1 hour or until chilled.
- 3. Serve & enjoy!

Steps:
- Place the sugar, water, orange juice and orange zest into a small saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes to thicken slightly. Set aside to cool, then store in the fridge until cold. Mix together all the fruit in a large bowl and pour the syrup over the top, tossing gently. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
