JALAPENO BACON WONTON POPPERS
These jalapeno popper wontons are so good, they all may be eaten by the time you finish frying. The outside is crisp while the inside filling is creamy and a flavor explosion. The cream cheese and Monterey jack cheese melt together and cool down the spicy jalapenos. Bacon is a delicious addition and gives a smoky, savory flavor...

WONTON JALAPENO POPPERS
These are similar to another wonton recipe I saw on JAP. they are really fun to make. I make em for parties and they are always one of the first things to go. I almost always have a few that ask for the recipe! Try them out! You can wrap em and freeze em for another day too.

- 4. wet all 4 edges of wonton, fold the wonton point to point offsetting slightly, pinch together then bring the bottom two points together and seal. Instructions for folding are on the wonton package.
- 5. Baking: Spray a sheet pan with canola nonstick cooking spray and place wontons onto the pan. Spray each of the wontons with canola spray, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes turn them and bake another 5 minutes.
- 6. Frying: Heat 3-4 inches of Canola or vegetable oil in a fryer or heavy pot on top of your stove. Carefully place several wontons into oil they should be frying and bubbly immediately when you put them in. Do not over load your fry oil or the heat will come down and make them oily and soggy. Fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
