Steps:
- Beat the egg, egg white, and milk in a pie plate or wide, shallow bowl.
- Spread the mustard on 4 slices of bread. Layer with cheese and ham, top with remaining slices of bread, press together tightly.
- Spray a large nonstick pan with spray; heat.
- One at a time, dip the sandwich in the egg mixture to coat; then place them on hot skillet.
- Cook, pressing down with spatula, till lightly brown on both sides, 4 minutes aprox, each side.
- Serve at once.

We were visiting friends in Colorado and they served this for brunch. We absolutely flipped for these. I have made these on lazy weekends and my family really enjoys this.

Steps:
- Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Dip both sides of bread slices in egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet; add bread slices, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon strawberry jam on 1 side of each bread slice; top evenly with turkey, ham, and cheese.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Broil 5 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar, if desired.
- Serve immediately.

Some recipes make you go HHMMM!?? Luckily I tried this and it made us go YUM! This isn't the normal combo you'd see on a sandwich, but very tasty! They are quick, easy, and lo cal. Another delight from Cooking Light.

- Assemble sandwiches: Spread 1 tsp mustard over each bread slice.
- Place 1 slice of cheese over 4 slices of bread.
- Divide ham among sandwiches.
- Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Mix egg whites and milk together in a shallow bowl.
- Spray a cooking skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat or you may use an electric skillet.
- Dip both sides of sandwiches into milk & egg mixture.
- Cook sandwiches in skillet until lightly browned on each side, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle top of sandwiches with powdered sugar and top each one with jam.
