CRANBERRY PECAN BRIE BITES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. On a floured surface roll out the crescent dough and pinch the seams. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares. In a mini muffin tin add the dough and press into each cup.
- Add pecans to the bottom and cut brie into small slices and press on top. Top with a dollop of cranberry.
- Bake until they are golden for 15 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

- Peel off top rind of 1 round (8 oz.) brie cheese, leaving a 1/4-inch rim.
- Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, extract and nutmeg.
- Top brie with cranberry mixture and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake in 500°F oven 4-5 minutes.
- Serve with assorted crackers.

Steps:
- Put pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan; bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring once after 4 minutes.
- Trim rind from top of brie round, leaving a 1/3 inch border on top.
- Place Brie on a baking sheet.
- Mix together the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum, and nutmeg; spread mixture evenly over top of Brie.
- Bake at 500° for 5 minutes.
- Take out of oven and sprinkle with toasted pecans; serve with crackers, apple and/or pear slices.
- **2 tablespoons orange juice may be substituted for rum.
