Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb ground beef
2 3/4 c water
1/3 c ketchup
1 tsp onion powder
2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb (8 oz.) velveeta , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.
  • 2. In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted. 10 points per serving

1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 cups water
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 (12-ounce) package Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add water, milk and ketchup; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in Shell Macaroni; return to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in Cheese Sauce, tomatoes and onions; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Prepare Tipi-BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Mac as directed, substituting 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for ketchup. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Pieces just before serving.

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup bull's eye barbecue sauce
2 3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 large tomatoes
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer real bacon bits

Steps:

  • Brown meat with onion in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Add barbecue sauce and water; mix well. Bring to boil. Add macaroni; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  • Stir in velvetta; cook until completely melted, stirring occassionally.
  • Top with the tomatoes and bacon pieces.
