- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 7x11-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until cooked but not quite all the way done, about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground turkey in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until all of the vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; remove from heat.

- Place the olive oil in a roasting pan and heat in the oven at 170c until hot.
- Meanwhile, for the tomato sauce, place the tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, sugar and ground black pepper into a sucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Mix the bell pepper, onions, and tomatoes in the roasting pan until coated in the oil.
- Cook until soft and golden brown, approximately 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
- The tomato sauce should also be thick by now.
- Mix the roasted vegetables and tomato sauce into a large, deep oven dish.
- Fry the bacon until cooked and add the garlic for 30 seconds, add to the mix.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain and stir into the mix.
- Mix together a little of the milk and the cornflour to form a smooth paste, add this to the rest of the milk.
- Place in a sucepan and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add the cheese and black pepper, stir until combined.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta mix.
- Cook at 170c for 30 mins or until golden brown on top.

- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return pasta to pot used for boiling. You can chop your vegetables while the oven is preheating and water is boiling. Feel free to use other vegetables that roast well, like fresh green beans or parsnips.
- 2. Toss vegetables and garlic in olive oil an season with kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Spread in 9x13 pan in single layer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are slightly charred.
- 3. Remove vegetables from oven and decrease temperature to 375. In pot used for boiling pasta, toss pasta with can of tomatoes, alfredo sauce, italian cheese, and other cheese (reserving 2tbp for topping). - Preheat the oven to 400°F Lightly grease a large baking dish or individual baking dishes with a teaspoon of the butter.
- Cook the pasta shapes in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water until just tender, about 8 - 10 mins, or according to pack instructions.

Easy pasta bake that I often fall back on when I want dinner ready quickly. When in a rush after work I microwave the vegetables to soften but if you have time I think that the end result is better if you sauté them. Sometimes I'll add some Italian Herbs to this. But its really just a lazy dinner.

- Preheat oven to 200°C (190°C fan forced). Grease a 6cm deep, 28cm x 35cm baking dish.
- Cook pasta to packet directions in lots of salted water.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon under grill until brown and almost crispy, chop and set aside.
- Add zucchini, carrot and celery to a microwave safe bowl with a dash of water, cover and microwave on high for 4 - 5 minutes or until carrot is tender.

Soooo good! I found this in a Sargento Cheese Ad sometime in 1996. It tastes like veggie lasagna, could be a vegetarian main dish or a side for dinner. Or a Lenten specialty. I did have to thin the cream sauce out before I baked it because the dish thickens up quite a lot in the oven. You can use penne or other pasta but the bowties are really pretty. - Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
- Grease and line the base of a 22cm springform cake pan with baking paper.
- Place the onion, sweet potato, zucchini and olive ol in a roasing pan and toss to coat vegetables.

- Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
- Sauté the onion, carrot and celery until onion is opaque.
- Add in the basil, oregano and pepepr and cook for 1 minute.

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees (unless freezing for later use). Cook pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
- Cut down the length of the corn cobs, close to the core, to remove the kernels. Remove the chicken meat from bones. Discard bones, skin and seasoning. Shred the chicken and place in a bowl.
- Place the milk and stock in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the corn, capsicum and mushroom and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the mushroom softens. Transfer to a plate. Melt the butter in the pan. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk in milk mixture. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Add the pasta, corn mixture, chicken, shallots and 40g (1/2cup) of cheddar to the sauce. Spoon pasta mixture into a 3L (12-cup) capacity freezer proof ovenproof dish. Combine breadcrumbs parsley and remaining cheddar in a bowl. Sprinkle over pasta mixture.
- To freeze, set aside for 10 minutes to cool. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Cover with several layers of plastic wrap, label, date and freeze for up to 3 months. To cook, place in fridge for 8 hours or until thawed. Then follow step below.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
