TUNA UNUSUAL CASSEROLE
This is a recipe I have had for 30+ years. Originally came from a recipe book I had about America's Favorite Casseroles.

Steps:
- Combine the first three items, boil, stir occasionally.
- Stir in macaroni and remove from heat.
- Add tuna and 2/3 of the cheese.
- Pour into a two quart casserole and cover.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Stir once then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes more.

BEST TUNA CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

UNIQUELY DELICIOUS TUNA CASSEROLE
This tuna casserole is completely unique. You have never had a tuna casserole like it. No pasta and no peas. Everyone who trys it can't believe how delicious it is. Most say it is the best they've ever had. When I give people the ingredients they are amazed. Super easy to fix too.

Steps:
- 1. Mix rice and tuna in a saucepan. Add chicken broth and 2 tbsp. Of butter. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to medium low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender and broth is almost absorbed.
- 2. In a small skillet saute onion and bell pepper in 2 tbsp. butter until tender. Set aside. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms in remaining 2 tbsp. butter and worchershire sauce.
- 3. Add vegetables to rice and mix. Add olives and cheese, reserving 1/2 cup of each cheese. Pour mixture into a casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly.
