TURKEY - N - CHEDDAR CROISSANTS
I had just 2 cups of leftover turkey left from Thanksgiving, so this is what I came up with. Might I add, they were delicious... My photos

Steps:
- In a large bowl; softened cream cheese.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir well to thoroughly combine evenly. ( par cook celery,if you don't like it crunchy. )
- Flatten crescent rolls, keeping two triangles together to create rectangles. Press the perforation together to prevent the pocket from leaking.
- Onto each rectangle, spoon approx. 1/4 cup of turkey mixture into the center of the croissant. Fold up the long ends till they overlap. Then, roll up and pinch closed the short ends.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden. While baking, if using the canned soup as a gravy, prepare it by mixing the milk with the soup,and heating thoroughly.
- When finished baking, either serve as is or with the soup mixture.
