- 1. Coat a large skillet with olive oil. On a medium-high heat, place turkey bacon in the skillet and fry until cooked through, but not crispy. 2. Option 1: Coat a separate skillet with cooking spray and add the sausage. On a medium-high heat, cook your sausage and constantly turn them in order that they evenly cook. Option 2: Place the sausage on the grill perpendicular to the grate and 1 inch apart. Turn the sausage every 1-2 minutes in order that they evenly cook. They will be ready once the outside begins to crack. 3. Once your sausage is cooked through, wrap the turkey bacon around and place back in the skillet until the bacon begins to crisp. 4. Open your hot dog buns face down either on a grill or skillet and toast for 30 seconds. 5. Once your bacon wrapped sausage and bun is ready, add a slice of avocado, onion crunch and barbecue sauce to taste.

- Method for Honey Mustard-Craberry Sauce: Mix cranberry sauce, dressing and mustard in 1-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until melted and well blended; cool. Just before serving, sprinkle with chives. Serve sauce warm or cold.
- Make Honey Mustard-Cranberry Sauce. Mix turkey and honey mustard dressing in shallow bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
- Remove turkey from marinade; discard marinade. Wrap bacon piece around each turkey piece; secure with toothpick. Place on ungreased broiler pan rack.
- Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until turkey is no longer pink in center and bacon begins to look crisp. Serve with sauce.

- Carefully break 4 toothpicks in half. Wrap each hot dog in a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick half at each end. Set aside.
- Bring a large skillet or grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Remove from the skillet/pan and set aside.
- Remove the skillet/pan from heat, re-spray, and bring to medium heat. Add bacon-wrapped hot dogs and cook until bacon is crisp and fully cooked and hot dogs are heated through, about 6 minutes, rotating the hot dogs several times to evenly cook the bacon. Set aside.
- Evenly spread mayo inside the buns. Remove toothpicks from the hot dogs and place a bacon-wrapped dog in each bun. Top each dog with a teaspoon of mustard.
