Steps:
- Chop the garlic very finely in a food processor. Add the beans and a little of the reserved liquid and process finely or to desired consistency; continue adding "bean juice" a little at a time to a max. of 1/2 C. Add the peanut butter (or tahini), parsley, lemon zest and juice, black pepper, tobasco sauce, and salt. Process until it forms a paste. Drizzle in the olive oil (or olive oil/sesame oil blend if using peanut butter) and process until it reaches the consistency of thick mayonnaise. Sprinke a dash of paprika on top and you are good to go! Serve with pita chips or on naan. Make sandwich using naan, thinly sliced peasant bread, or pita bread with thinly sliced cucumber, carrot (like a ribbon), spring mix, very finely minced onion, toasted sesame seeds
