This is a suprisingly good meal. So easy. Great for a weeknight meal. The celery is key in this dish, great crunch in a soft pasta dish. Yummy.

1 (7 1/4 ounce) box macaroni and cheese mix
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 small onion
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 (7 ounce) can canned tuna

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on box.
  • Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole and blend in cream of mushroom soup, garlic salt, onion, can of mushrooms, chopped celery and tuna.
  • Mix.
  • Cover and bake for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  • In a large saucepan, combine the vegetables, tuna and soup. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.

2 tablespoons flour
milk
1 can tuna fish, drained
bread, toasted

Steps:

  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add flour, stir to a smooth consistency.
  • Then, slowly add milk, stirring to eliminate lumps.
  • Continue adding milk, a little at a time, until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the tuna.
  • Heat gently over medium-low heat until it is warmed throughout.
  • Ladle on top of toast.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

4lg tomatoes cut in slices
5 boiled eggs(diced)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup dill pickles,drained and chopped
1/2 cup celery ,diced
2tbsp. lemon zest
1tsp. Salt
1tsp. Pepper
3 cans of tuna in water

Steps:

  • Boil 5 eggs in a pain of water with tbsp salt. boil for 10 min, drain and peel,dice and put in a lg bowl. Add all above ingredients,except tomatoes. mix well and chill for 2 hours. take tomatoes and slice 2 per plate. take a Ice cream scoop and scoop a lg. helping tuna salad over it. salt and pepper lightly add crackers on the side for a great meal or appatizer

4 cups water
2 cups No Yolks egg noodle substitute, uncooked
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk
10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of mushroom soup
6 ounces tuna in water, drained and flaked
2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
1/4 cup white breadcrumb

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Heat water to boiling.
  • Add noodles and salt. Boil for 9 minutes and drain.
  • Add milk to soup and mix well.
  • Arrange half of noodles, half of tuna, half of peas, and half of soup mixture in layers in prepared dish.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
