Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup strawberry, thinly sliced, plus whole strawberries for garnish
1 cup blackberry
1 cup raspberry
1 cup blueberry
1 bottle brut rosé
½ cup triple sec
2 cups lemon-lime soda
1 qt blackberry sorbet

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, brut rosé, and triple sec. Stir and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove the pitcher from the refrigerator and add the lemon lime soda. Gently stir to combine.
  • Place 1-2 small scoops of blackberry sorbet in a glass. Pour the sangria over the sorbet and stir with a spoon.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  • Enjoy!

1 cup lemon, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
1 bottle dry white wine
1 cup white rum
2 ½ cups lemonade
1 qt raspberry sorbet

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the raspberries, lemon slices, white wine, white rum, and lemonade. Stir and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • Place 1-2 small scoops of raspberry sorbet in a glass. Remove the sangria from the refrigerator and pour it over the sorbet. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice.

1/2 cup sugar
1 stalk lemongrass, coarsely chopped
1 bottle sauvignon blanc, chilled
1 cup passion fruit nectar
1 cup light rum
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
Ice
Fresh mint sprigs

Steps:

  • Combine the sugar, 1/2 cup water and lemongrass in a medium saucepan over high heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. Remove and let steep for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day. Strain and chill.
  • Combine the wine, passion fruit nectar, rum, 1/4 cup of the lemongrass simple syrup, and the lemons and oranges in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours. The longer it sits the better the flavor. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.

1 small cantaloupe, seeded and scooped into balls
1 small honeydew melon, seeded and scooped into balls
1 bottle moscato wine, (750 ml)
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons honey
1 bottle sparkling wine, such as Prosecco or Brut (750 ml)
2 limes, sliced into wheels
1 melon baller
1 large pitcher, or punch bowl, for serving

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew balls, Moscato wine, lime juice, and honey and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, up to overnight.
  • Before serving, pour in the sparkling wine and add the lime wheels.
  • Ladle the sangria and fruit into glasses and serve.
