2 ½ cups pineapple juice
2 ½ cups orange juice
1 cup 151 proof rum (such as Bacardi®)
½ cup dark rum (such as Meyer's®)
¼ cup coconut-flavored rum (such as Malibu®)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons grenadine syrup
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Steps:

  • Stir pineapple juice, orange juice, 151 proof rum, dark rum, coconut-flavored rum, lime juice, and grenadine syrup together in a punch bowl. Float orange slices, lime slices, and lemon slices in the punch.

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce orange curaçao liqueur
1 1/2 ounces passion fruit puree (or syrup)
1 1/2 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce grenadine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Optional: 1/2 ounce 151-proof dark rum
Garnish: sprig mint
Garnish: seasonal fruits

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a cocktail shaker , pour the light and dark rums, pineapple and citrus juices, passion fruit syrup, simple syrup, and bitters. Add the high-proof rum now, or reserve it for a float. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake well .
  • Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Optionally, float the high-proof rum on top of the drink by slowly pouring it over the back of a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

1 cup halved strawberries
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
2 medium kiwifruit, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon honey
14 ice cubes
1/2 cup chilled club soda

  • In a blender, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until blended. Stir in soda. Pour into chilled tall glasses; serve immediately.

1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dark rum
1/4 teaspoon grenadine syrup (optional)
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, sliced
1 ripe banana, peeled, thinly sliced on diagonal
2 lime wedges

Steps:

  • Bring water and sugar to simmer in heavy small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer syrup 1 minute. Remove from heat; mix in rum and grenadine, if desired. Cover syrup and refrigerate until chilled. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead.)
  • Arrange mango and banana slices on 2 plates, dividing equally. Spoon syrup over fruit. Squeeze 1 lime wedge over each and serve.
