1 ounce white rum
1 ounce coconut rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
3 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce cherry juice or grenadine
1/2 ounce dark rum
cherry
orange or lemon slice

Steps:

  • Combine all of your booze and juice in a glass except for the dark rum. That gets layered on the top last.
  • Fill your serving glass with ice, and pour the boozy juice over the top.
  • Gently pour the dark rum on top.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon and a cherry.

64 ounces Mango Cranberry Juice
1 cup Peach Schnapps
1 cup Fresh Pineapple (Chopped)
2 Oranges (Sliced)
6 cups White Strawberry Cranberry Juice
2 cups Orange Juice
1 1/2 cups Coconut Rum
1 gallon cubed Ice (not crushed)
1/2 cup Pineapples (Chopped)
3 Limes (Sliced)
1 cup Strawberries (Sliced)

Steps:

  • Place pineapples and oranges in a 1.5-2 gallon drink dispenser. Pour mango cranberry juice and peach schnapps over the fruit and gently stir.
  • In a separate pitcher, mix the white cranberry juice, orange juice and coconut rum together.
  • Chill both containers in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Before serving, fill the larger drink dispenser with ice. Pour the second layer from the smaller pitcher slowly and directly on top of the ice.
  • Gently add some chopped pineapples and a few sliced strawberries in the center.
  • Very gently, place sliced limes and the rest of the strawberries around the edges of the container with a large spoon or fork.

2 12-ounce cans mango nectar
2 12-ounce cans guava nectar
2 cups canned unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups canned coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez), well mixed
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups amber (gold) rum
17 cups ice cubes
Fresh pineapple or lime wedges

Steps:

  • Combine mango nectar, guava nectar, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and amber rum in large pitcher. (Punch can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Mix well before using.)
  • Combine 1 cup punch and 2 cups ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple or lime wedges and serve. Repeat with remaining punch in batches.
