Steps:
- In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.
- Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, chilies and hot pepper sauce; heat until hot and bubbly.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens.
- Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
- Separate rolls or biscuits; arrange pan.
- Press over bottom and up sides to form curst.
- Spread beans over dough; top with meat mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle immediately with cheese.
- Garnish with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Steps:
- 1. Brown meat; drain.
- 2. Stir in tomatoes, cumin and salt; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- 3. Cover bottom and sides of 12\" pizza pan with tortillas, overlapping attractively.
- 4. Spread with chunky salsa; top with meat mixture.
- 5. Bake at 350 oven 20 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle with cheese.
- 7. Arrange lettuce, tomato and avacado over top.
- 8. Cut into wedges using scissors or small knife and serve with additional salsa.

Steps:
- COOK sausage in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add canned tomatoes, picante sauce and cumin. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 minute
- PLACE tortillas on 14" pizza pan or large baking sheet, overlapping to form a 14" round. Spread sausage mixture over tortillas to within 1/2" of edge. Bake at 350°F for 25 minute
- TOP with cheese. Bake 5 minute or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and chopped tomato. Cut into wedges. Serve with additional picante sauce, if desired. Garnish with olives.
