1 cup water
2 pkg. (9 oz. each) refrigerated cheese tortellini
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Bring broth and water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add pasta; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 9 min. or until pasta is tender. (Do not drain.)
  • Stir in cream cheese and peas; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in shredded cheese and bacon.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1-3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Add the peas, mushrooms and ham; cook until mushrooms are tender. Stir in cream and pepper; heat through. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted., Drain tortellini and place in a serving dish; add the sauce and toss to coat. Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 1/2 pounds frozen cheese tortellini
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, smashed
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini about 2 minutes less than package instructions. Add peas; cook until pasta is al dente and peas are tender, 2 minutes more. Reserving 1 cup pasta water, drain. Set aside pasta and peas.
  • Melt butter in pasta pot over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Discard garlic.
  • To pasta pot, add pasta and peas, Parmesan, and 3/4 cup reserved pasta water; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Add more pasta water, if necessary, to thin sauce. Serve, topped with additional Parmesan if desired.

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
fresh coarse ground black pepper
2 cups frozen peas
i cup diced ham
18 ounces cheese tortellini pasta (2- 9 oz pkgs)

Steps:

  • Start the water. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Make the sauce. Bring the milk, cream cheese, and parmesan to a simmer in a large saucepan, whisking vigorously until the cream cheese is dissolved and the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and a couple turns of pepper. Stir in the peas, remove from heat, and stir in the ham.
  • Cook the pasta and toss. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with additional Parmesan, and serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
8 tablespoons butter, divided
2 (8 ounce) packages sliced baby portobello mushrooms
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups half-and-half
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cayenne pepper
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or to taste

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with water and 1 tablespoon oil; bring to a rolling boil. Stir in tortellini and cook until they float to the top and the filling is hot, about 7 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
