OATMEAL SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Place the oats in the bottom of a blender and pulse a few times until finely ground. Add the banana, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the blender as needed. Taste and add additional sweetener if you'd like a sweeter smoothie. Enjoy immediately.

THICK BANANA OATMEAL CREAMY SMOOTHIE
What a treat! I have these for breakfast of a quick lunch on the go. The oatmeal makes it thick and the banana makes it sweet, but not too sweet. Sometimes I add a protein powder for that extra boost in the morning or when I do not have nuts. This makes one generous serving.

Steps:
- Crush 1/2 cup ice in blender. crush another 1/2 cup ice with yogurt. Add banana and 1/2 cup ice. Add remaining ice a little at a time. Add oatmeal and blend and add almonds.
- Note: You can serve like this or on top of 4 cubes of ice or so if you would like.
