Steps:
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka and sweet and sour. Shake well, then strain into a tall glass full of ice. Fill the glass with carbonated water. Cut orange slice into quarters.
- On a cocktail sword, spear cherry first, then spear orange slice through the peel. Hang sword from the rim of the glass, so that fruit is in the drink.

LIMONCELLO VODKA COLLINS
Steps:
- For the salt-sugar rim on the glasses, pour 1/4 cup of the lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Combine the salt and sugar on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glasses first in the lemon juice and then dip them lightly in the salt-sugar mixture. Set aside to dry.
- Combine the vodka, the 1 cup of lemon juice, sugar syrup, and limoncello in a large pitcher. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir.
- Fill each glass with ice. Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice, garnish each drink with a slice of lemon, and serve ice cold.

- Fill a shaker half way full with ice. Pour in the lemonade, club soda and sugar. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the shaker. Pour in the vodka, cover and shake well. Strain into two glasses that are filled half way with ice. You can add oranges and cherries for garnish and make your drink look real pretty but hey, do you really want to do all that after work? Enjoy!
