FRESH FRUIT TEQUILA COOLER
Steps:
- Cut off the peel of the 3 grape fruit with a knife. Cut the wedges into skinless segments and put them in a large container which will hold up to 3 gallons of liquid. Thinly slice the limes, lemons and oranges and put them in the same container giving them a slight squeeze to extract some of the juice. Clean and cut the pineapple into bite size pieces. Add them to the rest of the ingredients squeezing them slightly to extract some of the juice too. Add the squirt soda, tequila and ice. Give it a good stir with a ladle and taste. This is the way I love it. But, I found out some people like it on the sweet side. So, you might want to cook the sugar with a cup of water to make simple syrup. Once syrup is cooked and cooled you may add as much as you like by stirring in a bit at a time to your liking.
