1-1/2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
Pinch salt
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
12 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • Line a 15x10x1-in. pan with foil; grease foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter., In a heavy large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, salt and remaining butter. Bring to a rapid boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. , Stir in marshmallow creme until melted. Stir in both chocolates until melted. If desired, stir in walnuts. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. , Using foil, lift fudge from pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in airtight containers in the refrigerator.

3 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream
6 tbsp. butter
pinch of kosher salt
3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 c. white chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Line an 8" pan with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt. Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, 5 to 6 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until the chocolate has melted, then pour hot fudge into prepared pan. Immediately drizzle white chocolate all over and swirl the mixtures together with a toothpick.
  • Let fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in pan until set, about 3 hours.
  • Slice into squares and serve.

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, broken into small pieces

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 45 sec. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in vanilla.
  • Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Microwave white chocolate with remaining milk as directed for semi-sweet chocolate; pour over semi-sweet chocolate layer in pan. Swirl gently with knife.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting into pieces.

1 (24 ounce) package white almond bark, broken in half
12 ounces peanut butter, or more to taste
3 (1.5 ounce) bars milk chocolate candy bars (such as Hershey's®)

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square pan with waxed paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • Place 1 almond bark half in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in the microwave, in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting until smooth, 1 to 3 minutes. Add peanut butter to melted almond bark and mix well. Add the remaining almond bark to the bowl and push to the bottom of the bowl.
  • Heat mixture in the microwave for 1 minute; stir to break up any large pieces. Continue heating in microwave, in 30 second intervals, until completely melted. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared square pan.
  • Melt chocolate bars in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate over fudge. Swirl the chocolate into the fudge using a knife.

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray foil with cooking spray.

4 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, finely chopped
1 cup half-and-half
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup half-and-half
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla

Steps:

  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat white chocolate and 1 cup half-and-half over medium-low heat, stirring with whisk, until melted and smooth. Pour mixture into medium bowl. Beat in 1 container yogurt with whisk. Cover and refrigerate.
  • In same saucepan, heat semisweet chocolate chips and 1 cup half-and-half over medium-low heat, stirring with whisk, until melted and smooth. If necessary, pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into another medium bowl. Beat in 1 container yogurt with whisk. Cover and refrigerate both yogurt mixtures 1 hour.
  • Alternately spoon both yogurt mixtures, 1 tablespoon at a time, into 9 (5-oz) paper cups. Use a knife or craft stick to gently swirl mixtures together. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop. (Or fill ice pop molds according to manufacturer's directions.) Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.
