16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c whole milk
24 oz evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 stick butter, cubed
8 oz colby & monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
1 lb velveeta, cubed
salt, to taste
1 Tbsp ground white pepper
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 c sour cream (optional)
TOPPING
1 c mild cheddar cheese, shredded (for top)

Steps:

  • 1. To make your version of Sweetie Pie's Mac & Cheese preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook elbow macaroni according to pkg directions until tender. Drain and transfer cooked pasta to oil sprayed 10x14" pan or tall 9x13" dish. Set aside.
  • 3. While macaroni is cooking, mix both milks and eggs in large bowl. Add the butter, cheeses, (optional sour cream) salt, pepper, and sugar, mixing until combined. Pour mixture over macaroni and stir to combine.
  • 4. Sprinkle the top with one cup mild cheddar cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.

This recipe was given to me by a coworker Becky. So first of all I want to thank her. It is a special Mac and Cheese that she gave to everyone in our department and I have never tasted anything like this before.

1 lb cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 lb colby cheese
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
salt
1 tablespoon whiter pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup shredded American cheese or 1 cup mild cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°C.
  • Put pasta in 9 by 13 dish and set aside.
  • Mix milks and eggs well.
  • Add the butter, sour cream and colby, Montery jack, sharp cheddar and velveeta cheeses to the pasta.
  • Pour milk and egg mixture over the pasta.
  • Season with salt , pepper, sugar and toss.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cups of American or Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or untill top is lightly browned.

1 cup whole milk
2 cans (12 ounce each) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 pound Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (if you can't find Colby Jack)
1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup shredded American or mild Cheddar cheese
1 heaping tablespoon sour cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer the pasta to a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine the whole milk, evaporated milk and eggs. Mix with a fork until thoroughly combined. Add the butter and Colby, Monterey Jack, sharp cheddar and Velveeta cheeses to the pasta. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the pasta. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and toss. Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the remaining cup of American or cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.

1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
cooking spray
½ cup butter, cut into small pieces
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 cup milk
3 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
2 (8 ounce) packages Colby-Jack cheese
1 ½ (8 ounce) packages processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Sprinkle salt into a large pot of water; bring to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 4-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour hot macaroni into the baking dish. Add butter; stir until melted.
  • Whisk evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and sour cream together in a large bowl. Season with sugar, pepper, and salt.
  • Sprinkle Colby Jack cheese, processed cheese food, and Cheddar cheese over macaroni. Pour milk mixture on top.

2 cups dry, small elbow macaroni
1 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
4 tbsp whole milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp margarine
1/3 lb feather shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 lb feather shredded colby jack
1/2 lb cubed Velveeta
1/3 lb fancy shredded mild cheddar cheese (for topping)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the macaroni noodles and cook al dente. Drain the noodles in a strainer and run cold water over them for a few minutes to cool. Combine the evaporated milk, eggs and sour cream in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add cooked macaroni to the casserole dish. Stir in the evaporated milk, egg, and cream mixture, and mix thoroughly. Add butter, margarine, pepper, Velveeta cubes, sharp cheddar and Colby jack cheeses. Mix well while adding the whole milk. Pack down the mixture into a casserole dish and top it with fancy mild cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and light brown. 10/14/2013
