1 cup strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed ice

  • In batches, process the milk, yogurt, lemon juice and fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add ice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1 1/2 cups peeled sliced ripe peaches or 1 1/2 cups nectarines
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup wheat germ

  • Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high.
  • speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into 2.
  • glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.
