CRUNCHY HONEY LIME CHICKEN RECIPE
Crunchy Honey Lime Chicken Recipe - crispy panko-crusted chicken tenders, drizzled with lime juice and sweet honey. This family-friendly dinner idea is a huge hit every single time! - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, chili powder, salt, pepper and cayenne (or paprika). Add egg and milk and whisk until smooth.
- Add chicken tenders to the flour-egg mixture and toss to coat well.
- Place panko breadcrumbs onto a medium size plate. One by one, coat each chicken tender in panko and set onto a clean plate.
- Heat up oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until lightly brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Remove onto a plate and cool slightly.
- Squeeze the lime juice over chicken and drizzle tender with honey.
- Serve.

Everyone in the family enjoys the delightful flavors of this tart, sweet chicken. I usually round out the meal and rice, salad and dessert.

- Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add 1/4 cup juice to skillet; reserve remaining juice. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove to a serving platter; keep warm. In a small bowl, combine honey, lime juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and reserved pineapple juice; pour into skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add pineapple; heat through. Pour over chicken; sprinkle with lime peel. Serve immediately.

Easy and fabulous!! Tastes very much like sweet and sour chicken from a good Chinese place. This is from a lady in Iowa and was in the Cooking for 2 magazine. It will be in our regular dinner rotation.

- In a skillet, brown chicken in butter on all sides.
- Combine the lime juice, honey, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; pour over chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until juices run clear and sauce is thickened.
