SURPRISE CHOCOLATE FUDGE

- In a microwave-safe dish, mash beans with a fork until smooth; cover and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through. Add cocoa, butter and vanilla. (Mixture will be thick.) Slowly stir in sugar; add nuts. Press mixture into a 9-in. square pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-in. pieces.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE BUNDT CAKE WITH AN OREO SURPRISE
This cake is so good. The middle is stuffed with cheesecake and oreo cookies. The glaze is so chocolaty good.

- 1. Mix cake mix, milk, eggs and pudding mix. Place half of the batter in greased bundt pan.
- 2. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs well. fold in cookies. Pour over top cake mixture. Pour the other half of batter over top.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Invert onto platter and cool.
- 4. Melt chips, butter, and cream in microwave and drizzle over cake
