Very different from your average cheese ball. The orange juice and craisins make this recipe stand out. Everywhere I take this, I am asked for the recipe. Easy and Delicious! Measurements can be changed according to your tastes. You can make this the night before and place in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with Wheat Thins.

- Soften cream cheese.
- Mix softened cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, craisins in bowl.
- Form mixture into ball using your hands.
- Roll in chopped walnuts.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Steps:
- Place cheddar and cream cheese at room temperature for about 1 hour to soften.
- In a bowl mix Heinz 57 sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Add cheese and roll into ball shape.
- Shake chili powder onto waxed paper and roll ball until covered.
- Repeat this step with chopped pecans until covered.
- Place immeadiately into refrigerator to chill to keep ball shape.
- Serve with party crackers.

- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, onions and contents of seasoning mix from ramen noodles; beat until fluffy. Finely crush the noodles. Add noodles and pecans to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Shape into a ball; roll in parsley. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
