FREEZER SWEET CORN

Steps:
- In a stockpot, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to large shallow containers to cool quickly, stirring occasionally. Freeze in airtight containers, allowing headspace for expansion.

SUPER SWEET CORN
Steps:
- Put corn in a microwavable casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add butter to the top.
- Cook in microwave for 4 minutes. Remove then stir. Cook for an additional 1 minute, serve.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened., Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
