1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup strawberry preserves
1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons grenadine syrup

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and strawberry preserves. Fold in the whipped topping. Scoop the mixture into the prepared pie crust, and set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, sugar, and grenadine syrup until slightly chunky. Spread over the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
3 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon milk
1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
red food coloring

Steps:

  • Blend cream cheese and milk together.
  • Spread on bottom of pie crust.
  • Cut up 1 cup prepared berries and simmer with 1/2 cup water for a few minutes.
  • Mix sugar and cornstarch and lemon juice with 1/4 cup water and add to cooked berries, stirring until thick and clear. Add a few drops food color; Cool.
  • Place rest of whole berries on cream cheese and pour mixture over this.
  • Chill until ready to serve,at least 30 minutes.
  • To serve, this can be topped with Cool Whip, fresh whipping cream with a touch of rum or brandy would be lovely as well -- .

1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant strawberry pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, divided (thawed)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
  • On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping and strawberries.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Chill 2 hours until set.
  • Garnish with remaining topping.
  • Serve.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
¾ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup water

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Add a little powdered sugar at a time, and beat slowly until incorporated. Mix in vanilla.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate until firm, 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine 3/4 cup of the strawberries, sugar, water, and cornstarch in a blender. Blend lightly. Reserve remaining strawberries.
  • Pour blended strawberry mixture into a saucepan over medium heat; stir constantly until boiling. Stir for an additional 2 minutes once it boils; it should thicken very quickly. Remove from the heat and stir a few times while cooling, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove chilled pie from the refrigerator and arrange reserved strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer. Pour thickened sauce over top. Return to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the water and koolaid until dissolved.

Dough for single-crust pie
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
Fat-free whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°. , Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is light golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce oven setting to 350°., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, egg substitute, honey and vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake until center is almost set, 15-18 minutes longer.
