TEXAS SLAW RECIPE
Texas Slaw is based on Cattlemen's Steakhouse cole slaw. The addition of sweet pineapples to this slaw is the secret ingredient. It is sweet and creamy and you are going to love it.

Steps:
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, and milk
- In a separate bowl, add the coleslaw and pineapples.
- Pout the dressing over the slaw.
- Mix everything together. and let sit in the fridge for about an hour.
- Serve it up and ENJOY!

- 2. Store in refrigerator.. This makes a bunch, you can grate or chop 2 heads of cabbage and add some grated carrots.. then the dressing..

Steps:
- Combine water, vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cabbage to the mixture.
- Toss thoroughly.
- Marinate for at least an hour.
- Drain thoroughly in a colander but save marinade to use in one more batch of coleslaw, if desired. (After two uses, the marinade loses its flavor.).
- To make the dressing: In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream, horseradish and paprika.
- Toss drained cabbage with some of the dressing.
- Serve on plates lined with lettuce leaves.
