Steps:
- In a gallon zippered plastic baggie, combine OJ concentrate, honey, soy and hoisin sauces, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Put chicken in, one breast halve at a time, and sake to coat. Transfer all to slow cooker, cover and cook on LOW until chicken is tender and cooked through (5-6 hours). NOTE: For some slow cookers, this is HIGH. For sauce, strain sauce through fine mesh strainer into small saucepan over high heat. Stir in small bowl the cornstarch with cold water. Bring sauce to boil then add slurry and cook, stirring a few times, until thickened, 1-2 min. Pour over chicken or just pass around. Serve with rice.
