Copycat Peach Milkshake image

The peach milkshake at Chick-fil-A® had 720 calories so this was born to try and make it just as delicious, but healthier!

2 small fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
6 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons whipped cream

Steps:

  • Put peaches and banana chunks in a zip-top freezer bag. Transfer to the freezer, along with the Greek yogurt, until frozen, 4 to 5 hours.
  • Combine frozen fruit, frozen Greek yogurt, and vanilla frozen yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.

1 1/2 half ounce gourmet peach syrup
2 1/2 cups natural vanilla ice cream
2 ounces rice milk

Steps:

  • Combine ingriedients in a blender and blend until smooth, topping with Extra whipped cream and Maraschino Cherries.
  • I use The peach Syrup from Williams-Sonoma.
