Have to say I was putting together what was in my refridgerater, but what really shocked me is my 2yr old grandaughter ate most of it! I love my babies there such good eaters!!!

1 - whole wheat flatbread
1 - med tomato
1 box(es) frozen spinach
1 cup(s) feta cheese
- olive oil
- garlic

Steps:

  • lightly brush flatbread with olive oil sprinkle w/garlic salt. Layer squeezed spinach-Feta, top with tomatoes lightly salt.
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 15min. slice in four. slice in squares for app.

100 g feta, thinly sliced
handful Baby Spinach
50 g mozzarella cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Combine olive oil and garlic and set aside.
  • 2. Spread one half of pita bread with feta, top with spinach and mozzarella for each.
  • 3. Fold over and place on hot sandwich press, brush top with garlic oil.
  • 4. Press until golden.

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups spinach leaves, packed
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch red pepper flakes
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain.
